At Glaciers Apparel, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a hassle free 20 day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

 
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all tags and packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Returns initiated after the 20-day window cannot be processed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Specify whether you’re requesting a refund or an exchange.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the item.

Exchanges

 
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be processed.
  • Size-related exchanges can be made; however, customers are advised to double-check size charts before purchase to minimize errors.

REFUNDS

 
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges may apply if returns are made without valid reasons.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • If verified, we will replace the item or process a full refund promptly.

Restocking Fee Details:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Refund Deductions for Free Shipping Orders:

    If a customer received free shipping on their order, a R500 shipping deduction will be applied to the refund shipping will bear by customer

Refund processing time:

Order Cancellations

 
  • There is no cancellation fee for orders.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • If the order is canceled prior to its arrival or during the shipment process, there will be an automatic 25% deduction from the paid amount, and shipping charges will also be subtracted from the refund.

  • Tags must remain intact for returns to be processed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
